Why do we work in teams? Both within our educational life and our professional life we are often put into teams or choose to work in teams. But is a formation of a team really that desirable?
This training looks at what a team actually is, giving you and your participants an introduction into teams. This training looks at the dilemma of working in a team, diving into issues such as the sacrifices one must give in order for the team to succeed, as well as the dysfunctional issues that may occur when working in a team.
Within the training, we also introduce Belbin’s Team Role Theory, with an activity to look at which profile each participant may fall under!
