Leadership - An Introduction Into Leadership Styles

What is a leader? What about a manager? Are they interchangeable or two complete separate things? How do leaders themselves differ from each other? We take a look at this in our leadership training introducing 4 different leadership styles;

autocratic, paternalistic, democratic and laissez faire.

This training will look at what these styles are, as well as when it is suitable to use each of these styles. This 1 hour and 30 minutes training is suitable for new managers, as well as managers who may need a refresher in different leadership styles. This training covers the following:
